This equipment is designed for wheel finishing equipment.

Adopt semi-automatic control, through the multiple machine ,the whell rough polish and fine polishing can be finished one time.

This machine can replace 80-90% of hand polishing (big concave-convex need to be polished by hand), effectively reduce the pollution, reduce labour cost, avoid dust.

working principle

The whell is fixed on the spindle, spindle by lifting mechanism and the wheel be put in abrasive material barrels.

Vice motor (1.1 kw) in the spindle drive wheel rotation, main motor drives the abrasive in high-speed centrifugal running , grinding compound and water sports, make the wheel surface abrasive friction, surface polishing effect.

Adopting the world's advanced principle of helical rolling flow,three times vibration.In order to make the wheel and abrasive rubbing with each other to realize the effect of wheel surface finishing.
